Blanken Medisch Adviseurs is a medical consultancy specializing in the advocacy of personal injury victims. We also provide independent medical assessments for various courts, the ‘Centrale Raad van Beroep’ and the Court of the Dutch Caribbean.
Blanken Medisch Adviseurs only accepts requests from victims and their representatives. Dr. Blanken and his team do not work for insurance companies. Blanken Medisch Adviseurs assesses files in the context of legal liability, for example after traffic accidents or accidents at work. We also examine and handle files in the event of “medical” errors and occupational diseases.
Blanken Medisch Adviseurs also specializes in assisting doctors, paramedics and patients in conflicts with health and private disability insurance companies.
